Weng Zhifei graduated from the Chinese Painting Department of China Academy of Art with a Bachelor of Arts degree in calligraphy and seal cutting. Lingyinshe Second International Seal Carving and Calligraphy Works Exhibition Excellence Award, the second Zhao Mengfu Award National Painters Competition Bronze Award, National College Student Painting and Calligraphy Competition Bronze Award. His works and papers have been published in "New Art", "Calligraphy", "Calligraphy Research", "Modern Calligraphy", "Calligraphy Newspaper" and other newspapers and magazines. The paper was selected for the "Fifth National Calligraphy Symposium". He is currently a member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, deputy director of the Education Committee of the Zhejiang Young Calligraphers Association, and works in the Academy of Fine Arts, Zhejiang Normal University.
