Liu Zhengfu (1062-1117), courtesy name Dechu, was born in Xi'an County, Quzhou (now Quzhou, Zhejiang). In the eighth year of Yuanfeng of the Song Dynasty (1085), he was promoted to Jinshi. He was promoted to minister of the Ministry of Rites and minister of the Ministry of Industry. He was specially promoted to Shaochai and was granted the title of Duke of Kang. After his death, he was given the posthumous title of "Wenxian" as Taifu. He likes calligraphy and does a lot of practicing. According to the "Xuanhe Shupu", there are "Xuanzhao Ji" and "Packing Title" handed down from generation to generation.
