It was engraved in the 20th year of Taihe (496) of Emperor Xiaowen of the Wei Dynasty. It is a typical inscription belonging to the middle period of the Northern Wei Dynasty. It was unearthed in the summer of 1926 in the southeast of Gaogou Village in the north of Luoyang City. It was later collected by Mr. Yu Youren and moved to the Forest of Steles in Xi'an to this day. His strokes are lush and vigorous, the structure is tight, the mood is unrestrained, and the momentum is majestic.
