Xue Daoheng (540-609) was a poet of the Sui Dynasty. The name is Xuanqing. A native of Fenyin, Hedong (now Wanrong, Shanxi). He served in the Northern Qi Dynasty and Northern Zhou Dynasty. After the establishment of the Sui Dynasty, he was appointed as the Minister of Internal Affairs and the Third Division of Yitong of Kaifu. During the reign of Emperor Yang, he became the governor of Fanzhou and became the official of Sili. Later he was killed by Emperor Yang. It was famous for a while, but not many writings have been circulated. According to legend, there are "Henan Tie", "Erzhu Changbei" and other calligraphy, but now there is no scrap of writing.
